 About the Building. Vila Fantela is an ancient stone house positioned in the old fisherman port – Lučica (diminutive of Luka - port). It is just 50 m away from the sea – in green vegetation; surrounded by tall trunks of pine tree and European Holly trees. Stone walls are over 40 cm thick. The building is completely modernized and equipped with all the tools you need for a joyful and carefree vacation.
 The old stone house Surroundings. 0.8 km from the house is the town Lastovo where you have a hospital (open 24/7), post office, bank, pharmacy, butcher, and of course many shops, bars and delicious restaurants. On foot, it will be a 15 minute long walk with gorgeous views to the bays of Lučica and St. Mihajla and, behind them the island Korčula. By car, it is just a few minutes drive. Apartments. Two apartments are available; each on a separate floor and with a parking space. The bathing area in Lučica bay is characterized by crystal clear water without motorboats. It is ideal for kids.
