Historic site. A historic settlement of around 30 old stone houses is a protected historic site. Originally, it was a fishermen settlement with houses used for storing fishing equipment. Less than a kilometer away from the town, by paved road or a 400 m long path through the woods.

Mediterranean architecture. Any kind of new construction is forbidden in Lučica, and all buildings are adapted according to original Mediterranean architecture. For visitors, Lučica is a secretive, shadowy, peaceful, and above all enjoyable place, with pristine vegetation centuries old.

Clean and peaceful. The promenade is made of stone and facing Korčula, and the bay itself is only big enough for small boats. For tourists, this is an advantage, because they can swim in the sea without being disturbed by noisy powerboats, pollution or crowds.
